Presently installed at the North Wing gallery for changing exhibitions is “Pagkaing Filipino: Images of Regional Cuisine Dishes, Drinks, and Delicacies and their Stories”. Comprising 65 photographs taken across the archipelago by multi-awarded photographer Neal M. Oshima, the exhibition pays tribute to the nation’s rich culinary heritage, from ingredients and their sources, the people who prepare them, through their presentation at the dining table. This collection of photographs is Mr. Oshima’s gift to the nation through the National Museum of the Philippines.
